Denton's Make your Mark and the Covid Happiness makers and Covid Care Bears

Dealing with the challenges of today only requires once person to care and try to make a difference. CHM and CCR are both student led initiatives hoping to make a difference, support the community, and allow actions to speak louder than words. 

Covid Happiness Makers- CHM, is here to improve quality of life here at RMA and in the greater community!

 We’re sending videos to brighten your day every week! We’ve come up with each and every one of them ourselves and they’re sure to increase your quality of life! So stay tuned!
We’ve also got some CHM packages to give out to people who may be experiencing a loss of comfort or security because of the pandemic. Packages include grocery gift certificates, books, small toys, and winter clothing. For families at RMA and the greater community.

The Covid Care Bears will provide support to seniors in two ways.
1) Through connection by becoming virtual penpals with seniors and forming positive relationships and ongoing virtual friendship throughout the remainder of the school year.

2) Through providing care packages to seniors in need. These care packs will contain a variety of essential items (such as personal care items) as well as some treats and an activity (such as a puzzle or word search book) for the seniors to enjoy.
